Professional slide films allow photographers who know how they'll respond to capture some amazing images... That isn't to say that digital doesn't have it's place... but for low light photography, I still very strongly favor Fuji professional slide films.. Velvia-50, Velvia 100-F, and Provia 100-F. The images on this page were all shot in October 2006 during the NJ Lighthouse Challenge at Sandy Hook on Fuji Velvia 100-F. Exposure times range up to as long as 90 sec for the last shot of the lantern room with the Fresnel lens lighted where the sky was going purple due to reciprocity failure...
