Low light conditions are my favorite time to photograph... Exposures become long and it seems, unfortunately, that most people with cameras leave as soon as the sun drops below the horizon. In the 30-45 minutes that follow, the light is usually at its best for those willing to stay with their cameras mounted on a tripod...
