The Twin Lights of Navesink sit atop the bluffs of the Atlantic Highlands south of New York harbor. They are perched atop the highest point on the entire east coast of the United States. The Twin Lights have a castle-like appearance. Some of the photographs contained in the galleries on my site were used in a feature on this lighthouse in the 2006-4 issue of Leading Lights published in the Netherlands. You can access the home page for Leading Lights by clicking HERE. This spectacular sunset silhouette of the Twin Lights was shot from the road to Gateway National Recreation Area on Fuji Velvia 100-F professional slide film using a Nikon F5 and a Nikkor 300 mm f/4 AF-S lens with a Nikkor TC-14 AF-S teleconverter.
