Cosmic Storm

In early November 2004, southwest Michigan enjoyed two nights of spectacular displays of the Aurora Borealis. This photograph of the South Haven lighthouse and catwalk was shot about 2:30 in the morning on the second night of the display. As a photographer, there are always specific images on your wish list - getting this photograph fulfilled one of the long sought images on my wish list!
