View from the watch tower looking toward the boat house and the Atlantic Ocean. Unfortunately, some beach houses have been built cluttering the view... but perhaps some future hurricane will take them again... While I certainly don't wish the owners of the new beach houses ill fortune, at the same time, I wish they, or whoever the developer is, would have respected a little more of the history of the area and left the view from the Life Saving Station to the Atlantic unobscured.
